EPISODE 33 GRAPHIC.png

I loved this interview with Leann. She is a beaming ray of sunshine and she just oozes positivity, despite being diagnosed with a lifelong illness at the age of 29.

Leann knows that perspective and positivity is a skill and she believes that ANYONE can learn it. She is full of fun and you’ll walk away with some really good insight after this interview. Listen here:

In this episode:

Getting diagnosed with MS at the age of 29 with 4 small kids. But my disease had felt not too hard. In 2017 I hit a relapse and had to adjust again and learn new ways to manage my chronic illness.

Using my diagnosis as fuel for my purpose to help others. To use my story and my trial for good instead of letting it beat me.

Perspective is EVERYTHING.

Being positive is a skill. I look at it like music. I was not born a gifted musician. But I take lessons, and I have for many years. I can learn and be stretched and be pushed to get better and better and to enjoy the process along the way. I believe that positivity is the same way. You can learn, and practice, and fail and try again.

What helps to build a skill of positivity.
- affirmations
-bringing the joy. We can’t expect joy to just be waiting for us. We have to bring the joy. It’s within our power to make our days more joyful.
- find the frosting.
-Practicing gratitude

There is light and hope and you can make a choice to shift your perspective.

REST IS BEST!

Having a supportive team around you.
