Episode 54: Shifting the Way We See Other People

EPISODE 54 GRAPHIC.png

A few years ago I made a New Years Resolution that changed my life. No really.

At the time I found myself feeling really frustrated with other people. I was feeling a lot of low vibe feelings toward my fellow humans. Judgement, annoyance, disgust, impatience……..and a whole heck of a lot of eye rolling. Like all the time.

And man I didn’t like that. I really didn’t like feeling so ‘ugh’ about all these people around me. Something needed to change.

I wanted to see people differently. I needed to view them through a different lens, a kinder and more compassionate lens because this low vibey way of feeling was not doing it for me.

So I decided to start looking at people differently. I began to view every single human being that I came in contact with, with eyes that were more compassionate. With more curiosity and a desire to understand them and to love them.

The vibration that I was in was very draining and I knew I needed new lenses. So every day I woke up and started my day with an intention of seeing people through eyes of compassion through eyes of kindness, curiosity and understanding. I really wanted to develop a more Godlike view of others.

This has shifted so much for me and has made a huge difference in my life.
