Let’s talk about the relationship we have with our body. I had an experience this weekend, that got me thinking about this, and I wanted to share some of my thoughts with you.

The relationship is pretty up and down and sometimes quite complex and complicated. It’s a relationship that doesn’t have an ending point. Our relationship with ourself and our body is ever evolving.

Biggest takeaway: Your relationship with your body is more important than anyone else’s relationship with your body.
